For the past 20+ years, I’ve worked across U.S. government agencies in finance, budgeting, and IT program management. My role is all about managing programs from start to finish—ensuring everything stays on track, within budget, and in line with the strategic goals of the organization.

What’s kept me going all these years? The challenge. The idea that no matter how complicated things get, there’s always a way to make things work.

Program Management
​As a professional program manager, I oversee multiple related projects to ensure they align with organizational goals. I coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and risks, and communicate with stakeholders. I focus on strategic planning, resource allocation, and delivering value through successful execution and continuous improvement.
Budget Management
As a budget manager, I develop, implement, and monitor financial plans to ensure resources are used effectively. I analyze expenditures, forecast future needs, and provide strategic insights. I collaborate with departments to ensure compliance, optimize spending, and support decisions that align with financial goals.
Contracts Management
As a contracts manager, I draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts to ensure legal compliance and protect organizational interests. I coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams, monitor contract performance, manage risks, and ensure all parties meet their obligations throughout the entire contract lifecycle.

As a financial manager, I oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decisions. I analyze data to assess performance, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
